While we all wistfully reminisce about the Golden Age of the iconic Australian music game show and wait with bated breath to see whether they will renew for an 11th season...you can get your music pop culture fix this Friday at the University of Technology, Sydney. Go on, unleash your music nerd.
Inner West group, @powerpoint.party.au (they have parties with PowerPoint presentations), are hosting their own version of the legendary show, where anyone can join in, whether it's centre stage or in the audience.
There will be two rounds: 6pm and 8pm hosted by the one and only Duncan Latto.
"We wanted to create an event where music lovers - well music nerds - could meet and flex their huge music brains", said Duncan.
"What better way than through the spirit of friendly, or maybe very intense, competition for people to let loose, make friends and feel part of a community."
Tickets to participate are only $15 and it's FREE to watch (if you're a little shy).
